The technological process of obtaining brewed salt involves thermal concentration of salted waters and crystallization of salt from them. The raw material used in the salt extraction process is exclusively natural brine, food-grade rock salt from the Klodawa Salt Mine and salt dust from CIECH Soda Poland. Machinery and equipment used in the production process are made of high-alloy stainless steel.
