General information

1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of users of the website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) operating at www.soldebienska.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and other categories of persons indicated in this Privacy Policy.

1.2. The administrator of the personal data of Site Users is the Service Provider, i.e. Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Wodnej i Rekultywacji S.A. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (44-335) at ul. Chlebowa 22, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Gliwice, X Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000082499 (hereinafter also as the “Company”).

1.3. Personal data of Site Users is processed by the Service Provider for the purpose of running the Site, in particular:

A. to ensure the smooth operation of the Service;

B. clarify the circumstances of unauthorized use of the Site;

C. to create internal reports and analysis (including viewing statistics of the subpages of the Website);

D. improving the quality of the Service.

Implementation of the rights of personal data subjects.

1.6. Any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Requestor”) has the right to request from the Service Provider: (A) to confirm that the Service Provider is processing personal data concerning him/her, and to exercise his/her right to access personal data concerning him/her;

(B) rectification of personal data; (C) deletion or restriction of processing of personal data; (D) portability of personal data, which includes the right to receive the aforementioned data and send it to another controller or to request, if technically possible, that the data be sent directly to another controller (to the extent that the data is processed by automated means and for the performance of a contract or on the basis of consent);

(E) object to the processing of personal data (to the extent that the data is processed in the Company’s legitimate interest).

1.7. The above applications will be implemented by the Applicant taking into account the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter “RODO”). The above means that in some cases listed in the provisions of the RODO, the aforementioned rights will not be available to the data subject.

1.8. The application should be submitted in writing to Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Wodnej i Rekultywacji S.A. in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (44-335) at ul. Bread Street 22 or email to ochronadanych@pgwir.pl. If the Service Provider does not process the Applicant’s personal data (other than the fact of processing the aforementioned data for the purposes of the application itself), the application will not be processed and the Applicant’s data will be deleted immediately.

1.9. The Service Provider shall inform the Applicant immediately upon receipt of the request and post information about the request in the records it maintains.

1.10. The Service Provider reserves the right to verify the identity of the Applicant. Failure to successfully verify the identity of the Applicant for reasons for which the Applicant is responsible means that the Service Provider will not process the submitted application, of which the Applicant will be informed immediately.

1.11. The application shall be processed in the Service Provider’s designated substantive unit without undue delay, but no later than within 10 days from the date of receipt of the application by the Service Provider. The application is handled in consultation with the Coordinator for the Development of the Company. data protection.

1.12. The Service Provider shall provide the Applicant with a response to the request no later than three (3) weeks from the date of receipt. In objectively complex cases (i.e. requiring a lot of work on the part of the Company), the above deadline is extended to two (2) months, of which the Applicant is immediately informed. At the same time, the Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the deadline is not extended as mentioned above.

1.13. As part of the exercise of the right of access to data, the Requestor is indicated his data, to the extent requested in the request. The scope of information includes:

§ purpose of processing,

§ categories of personal data subject to processing,

§ Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular about recipients in third countries or international organizations,

§ the planned period of storage of personal data, and if this is not possible, the method of calculating this period,

§ if the personal data was not collected from the person to whom it pertains – any available information about its source,

§ for automated decision-making, including profiling, and relevant information about the principles of such decision-making, as well as the significance and anticipated consequences of such processing for the data subject.

§ The right to request the Company to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data, and to object to such processing (where such right exists),

§ the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

1.14. If the right of access to data and the right to data portability is exercised, a copy of the personal data concerning the Applicant shall be attached to the response provided to the Applicant in commonly known and accessible machine-readable formats.

1.15. Any complaints related to the implementation of this procedure should be submitted to the address of the Coordinator for the Implementation of the Procedure. Data Protection at ochronadanych@pgwir.pl. The complaint will be considered promptly, but no later than 7 days from the date of its delivery, of which the Applicant will be promptly informed. The applicant is also informed of the fact

1.16. If the Service Provider requests consent to send commercial information electronically (e.g. via email, SMS, bluetooth and others), the person who has given the above consent has the right to withdraw the consent given, by sending an email to the address indicated in section

1.17. The Service Provider declares that it will endeavor to provide Users with a high level of security in the use of the Site. Any incidents affecting the security of information transmission should be reported to the address indicated in Section 1.4. above.

1.18. The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose selected information concerning the User to competent authorities or third parties who make a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

1.19. In addition to the cases indicated in paragraph 1.18. above, your information will not be disclosed to any third party or authority without the consent of the data subject.
